Terms of Use.

1. Who we are and accepting these terms

HeistGo (the “Service”) is operated by the HeistGo team (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Unofficial fan tool

The Service is an independent, unofficial companion for Grand Theft Auto VI. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Game names and marks belong to their owners. The Service does not modify the game, give access to it, or interact with your console.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it, and make purchases, with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can open it can sign in to your account. Give us an email you own. One account per person. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

5. Free features and the Pass

Many features are free. The Pass is an optional subscription that unlocks the paid features on your account. It is billed monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you pay (including any discount or creator code), and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your profile (the “Your current HeistGo subscription” line). The Pass then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not renewed. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause the paid features until it goes through. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Players who got a free-for-life spot (“Early Access”) or unlocked the Pass through invites keep it under the conditions shown when they got it.

The Pass gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the paid features while it is active. It is not a game item, has no cash value, and cannot be resold.

6. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email [contact@yourdomain.com] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. The same applies within 14 days of a yearly renewal. After that, purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise. A refund removes access to the paid features. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc..

7. Referrals and creator codes

Rewards from invite links and discounts from creator codes follow the conditions shown in the Service when you use them. We may cancel rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referrals or other abuse, and we may change or end these programs at any time for the future.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create in the Service (markers, notes, builds, outfits, entries). You give us a license to store and display it to you, and to others only when you choose to share it, for the purpose of running the Service. You are responsible for what you write.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyrights;
• post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that reveals someone’s private information;
• scrape, copy or resell the Service’s content or data, or build a competing product from it;
• use bots, overload, probe or try to bypass security or payment;
• share your paid access or sell accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

10. Our content

The Service’s design, code, texts, data compilations and original graphics belong to the HeistGo team. Copyright complaints: see our DMCA page.

11. Accuracy of information

Game information (locations, prices, payouts, vehicle stats, songs) is gathered by us and the community and may be incomplete, out of date after a game update, or wrong. Use it as a guide. We are not responsible for in-game outcomes.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop features. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we permanently shut down the paid features, we will stop billing you and refund the unused part of your current period.

13. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST DATA OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$50. Some places do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you posted or your breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 10 to 17) remain in effect.

17. Governing law and disputes

Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If that doesn’t work, disputes will be handled by the competent courts under the applicable law, and you can always go to the courts where you live if that law gives you the right to. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
